The cleaning staff are very punctual, professional, pay attention to detail, follow cleaning instructions very well. Booking is very easy - Mary is great/delightful and can usually get me scheduled within a week and sometimes a few days out. The cleaning girls are hard workers/Sergio runs a tight ship! If the girls happen to be running late or wanna come over 10-15 minutes earlier, I receive a text or phone call from Mary. Easy to pay Sergio through Venmo and I always give the girls cash tip.
